Vanguard Global Solutions has partnered with Hi-Tech Optical, Inc. to provide an outstanding solution for the Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 22’s RFQ for prescription eyewear.  Hi-Tech Optical, Inc. is a veteran owned, small business headquartered in Saginaw, Michigan and owned by Mr. Tom M. Ryan.  They have a proud history and have been in business for the last 26 years. Our team has an in-house optical laboratory with over 9,000 sq. ft. of building space and 35 employees.
